The IRSC Council PARIS 2016 presentations and debates will give the opportunity to the participants to share solutions, questioning and perspectives:

– The growing urbanization of our societies and the environmental challenges increase the request of safe and sustainable transport.

– The rail transportation will have to answer these intense flows of passengers and goods generated by the big metropolises.

– Innovative and economically bearable solutions are to be imagined and to be implemented in the future years.

– In the face of the strong expectations of the society, how to guarantee the high level of safety expected from our rail systems in a context characterized by space, capacity and environment constraints?
