The World Ocean Forum, contributing to the realization of marine powers and aiming for Davos Forum in terms of the ocean, celebrates its 11th anniversary this year. The World Ocean Forum has been developed as a global debate on analyzing various issues and seeking their measures with world-class scholars and marine experts.

In the 11th World Ocean Forum 2017 under the theme of ‘The Ocean, The Economy’ we will seek future strategy to sense the change of the ocean industry and create a new ocean value with IBCA (IoT, Big Data, Cyber Physical System, Artificial Intelligence) platforms in a new paradigm of the fourth industrial revolution.
